Fascinating book. I didn't know when I downloaded it that the book was originally written in the 1920s. I keep reminding myself to check on the reviews and look at the sample. Anyway, I am pleasantly surprised that I find this book intriguing. It has nice pictures of watercolor trees, nothing like what I'm used to viewing, but helpful nonetheless. What I really like is the old language. I say that but I'm no expert on languages; it's just that I don't believe people speak like this anymore even in England. It was entertaining and I actually learned something.Product details

very classical book, beautiful illustrations and easily understood. very enjoyable read. short and concise. I recommend this book to anyone interested in improving their landscapes.
Good book for learning how to actually draw tree's. I haven't seen any other books relating to this subject that is so great.
I purchased this book for my . The book is pretty good, but the artist could have taken a little more time and included more process steps...as well as, show the finished tree drawing instead of only a sketch. But overall, I do like the book and I'm happy with my purchase.
